The portfolio includes, for example, sophisticated material grades and qualities for automotive body application. Henan Mingtai now owns a high-yield mill producing strips of excellent quality and featuring the most advanced rolling technology, with core components, including CVCplus technology for roll shifting and the new inductive and particularly energy-efficient roll barrel heating system.
HAI’s new facility is designed to meet the highest standards of production efficiency and sustainability. It is established in partnership with Presezzi Extrusion Group.
Two months ahead of the contractually agreed date, the first aluminium coil was successfully rolled on the new hot mill at Henan Yirui.
Mechatherm International Ltd and Aston University have formed a research collaboration on the aluminium de-coating process to establish a new design of de-coating and heat recovery processes in the aluminium recycling industry.
