The backbone of the line is Andritz Herr-Voss Stamco’s precision roller-leveller technology. The line includes a heavy-gauge and light-gauge precision leveller, both with the Punch-N-Go leveller control system. The equipment is designed to meet Coast Aluminum’s specific product requirements.

The cut-to-length line includes the proprietary electro-discharge texturing (EDT) precision roll feed system, coupled with a high-speed shear that can cut both long and short blanks highly efficient and extremely accurate. The line also allows for the application of paper or vinyl to the levelled material.
